The company, with registered head office located in Zigoitia, Spain, is engaged in the operation of fast-food restaurants. It operates a number of restaurants under the McDonald's banner. Its McDonald's restaurants primarily sell hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken products, French fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes and desserts. The restaurants also offer salads, wraps and fruit. The restaurants have also included a playground for children and advertising geared toward children, and some have been redesigned in a more "natural" style, with a particular emphasis on comfort introducing lounge areas and fireplaces, and eliminating hard plastic chairs and tables.
