It was founded in 1997 as a provider of Internet and telecommunications services for small and medium businesses (SME) nationwide. With its own Data Center in San Sebastian Gipuzkoa, it has become one of the most consistent companies in the telecommunications business. Between 2002 and 2007, the company has acquired companies like Loop Telecom, Tiscali Ballad Telecommunications and Telecommunications, greatly increasing the volume of services and customers. This has led the company to set up a new infrastructure to offer innovative services and wireless voice, and acquire a new data center, located in Madrid, making them one of the few Spanish companies which manage IDC. The company offers Internet access; telephony solutions; and hosting services. It sells 100 percent of its services to SMEs in their entirety. Its business strategy is based on knowledge of customer needs and demands, and implementing quality, technical expertise and competitive market prices. It has a technical infrastructure and economic conditions in the supply (voice prices, electricity, etc.) allowing it to be highly competitive in a market dominated by large operators.
