The company is a private firm which is engaged in the exploitation of asphalt mines and quarries and the manufacture and sale of chemical products. It is also engaged in the general construction of building and civil engineering works. The company has its business office in Donostia-San Sebastian, Spain. It was established and incorporated in April of 1940 under the laws of Spain. The company's range of activities principally include, production of abrasive products; the operation of the mines of asphalt rock in San Roman de Campezo (Álava) and the work execution of asphalt paving in the highways of the North of Spain and the construction activities such as civil work, road conservation, infrastructure management, road technology, real estate promotion and construction, rehabilitation of buildings single-family and multifamily housing construction and the general construction of nonresidential buildings other than industrial buildings and warehouses.
